Deboned turkey with leg and wing bone still intact, stuffed with tender, boneless duck breast and fresh boneless chicken breast and your choice of stuffing.

Turduchens are served raw and are ready to be cooked upon pick up.

 

Cooking instructions:
Remove turduchen from refrigeration 2 hours before cooking. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. For a stuffed turduchen, bake at 350 degrees for approximately 4-5 hours. For an unstuffed turduchen, bake at 350 degrees for 3-4 hours. For either bird, the internal temperature of the breast should reach 160 degrees and the leg should reach 180 degrees.
