Pork crown roast is served raw and are ready to be cooked upon pick up.

 

Cooking instructions:
Remove roast from refrigeration 1 hour before cooking. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake at 350 for approximately 1.5 hours or until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees.
